We know how difficult it can be for small charities, community groups and local organisations to gain visibility, promote activities and reach the people who may benefit from their services.
Local Support Chesterfield aims to help by:
- Promoting local groups, events and community activities through our website and social media platforms.
- Helping people discover local support services, wellbeing opportunities and welcoming community spaces.
- Showcasing featured groups, community projects and local initiatives through spotlights and stories.
- Highlighting volunteering opportunities and promoting the positive impact of volunteering within the community.
- Improving awareness of the wide range of support, activities and opportunities available across Chesterfield and surrounding areas.
Our goal is to help strengthen community connection and make local support and community opportunities easier to discover and access.
